It's Not You

It's Not You is a Twine comic about abusive relationships and their effects on both the survivor and the abuser.

This is the first of the comic book-format Twine experiences that I created. Made with digital art, hand drawn illustrations, stylized font, and photography, I fully utilized my creative skills in order to create a chaotic aesthetic for this narrative.

There are some panels that are simple and clean, generally consisting of just font and a few visuals but there are others that are complicated and overwhelming. They consist of mismatched textures and surreal portrayals of real life actions or people.
